Our Story

Tom Bush (1963–2026) was the founder of designjetpartsfast.com and spent years helping people repair their HP Designjet printers. He built a reputation for deep knowledge, reliability, and a genuine passion for keeping these machines running.

Tom passed away from Parkinson's Disease on August 4, 2026. I'm Elijah Bush, Tom's son. I worked alongside him since 2020 aiding him with his business, learning about flashing USB modules, hard drives, and some mail-in repair, until the end. After he passed, I made the decision to carry that work forward by opening designjetpartsflashed.com.

This site is not a division of Tabcom Inc — it's filed as an individual business. It's just me, with the knowledge Tom passed down, committed to helping you get your printer back up and running.

Beyond flashed USB modules and hard drives, I also have a supplier network for New Designjet parts from China. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to get in touch.
